Torta Negra-Black wine soaked cake; a marinated mix of fruits, citrus peel, spices and nuts in Sicilian Marsala wine, soaked with cognac and sweet red wine. The cake is covered and decorated with vanilla fondant; everything is edible but the double hearts topper.
