Pan de Jamón (Ham Bread) is a delicious traditional Venezuelan Christmas bread. The dough is lightly sweetened with "Papelón" (Raw hardened sugar cane pulp), stuffed with smoked ham, bacon, olives and raisins, and rolled up around the fillings into a log. Our "Pan de Jamón" is handmade with only high quality ingredients and is about 19"-20" long.
